Grandma's Potato Broccoli Soup

This is one of grandma's favorite soups! We make it in our slow cooker all winter long. We pair this soup with homemade fresh bread for the win!

The great thing about this recipe is that it is so easy to modify. You can use any type of potato and sometimes we add cooked bacon to the soup for an extra layer of flavor. The shredded cheddar cheese can also be added to the slow cooker once the soup is fully cooked. Let the cheddar cook for about 15 minutes then give it a stir and the soup is even better!

The fresh bread we make with this soup is hearty and filling. perfect for dipping into that delicious creamy soup! Enjoy!t
